Manos Hadjidakis’ Μusic to Βe Performed at Piraeus Μuseum

ΑΤΗΕΝΣ – A concert commemorating renowned Greek composer and songwriter Manos Hadjidakis (1925-1994) will be given at the courtyard of the Piraeus Archaeological Museum on Friday, July 13 with musicians who had collaborated with him.

Musicians include Ilias Lioungos and Elli Paspala (song), Stella Kypreou (guitar), Stathis Kiosoglou (clarinet, flute), Miltiadis Papastamou (violin, mandolin) and Despina Stefanidou (piano).

The concert will start at 21:00 and entrance is free to the public. The museum is located at 31 Charilaou Trikoupi St.

It is organized by the Attica Region and the Archaeological Ephorate of Pireaus and Islands to promote the museum and the nearby ancient theater, which will be restored by the region.
