Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
ATHENS – Greece’s Gaming Commission (EEEP) has put more than 1,000 illegal betting websites on its blacklist, it said in an announcement on Friday.
“The checks of the EEEP are continuing as the 2018 World Cup peaks and betting is expected to increase. By taking advantage of simpler, faster and more efficient procedures, EEEP conducted many checks in a short amount of time and its blacklist of websites reached 2,708 with the latest addition of 1,083 sites,” it said in a statement.
All sites in the blacklist cannot be visited by Greek IP (Internet Protocol) addresses. All service providers block cut access to these sites and redirect visitors to a page set up by the EEEP.
