William Samaras Elected Lowell Mayor, Plans to Focus on Education, Economy

BOSTON, MA – On January 2, the City Council of Lowell, MA, elected William Samaras as its mayor.

The new mayor, who was first elected to the City Council in November, 2013, is no stranger to public service.
