Eight students graduated from the Eighth Grade at the St. Demetrios Greek American Day School in Jamaica, at a ceremony on Friday evening June 18, 2010. Commencement was held in the school auditorium and was attended by Cyprus Consul General in NY Koula Sophianou, community officials, students' parents, relatives, friends, etc. This year's graduates are Joseph Christodoulou, Asher Gefrard, Ryan Hakim, Neofytos Ioannou, Navindra Shah, Sanjay Soukdio, Vasilios Spyropoulos, and Pantelis Zioulis.
