Thousands of Greek Americans and other Chicago residents lined the sidewalks of Halsted Street in Chicago's Greek Town on Sunday April 25, 2010 for the annual Greek Independence Day Parade organized by the Federation of Hellenic-American Organizations of Illinois "Enosis."
The Parade started at 3:30 p.m. central time, following a doxology service and brief reception for the Parade Grand Marshals, constituents in the Greek American Community, and local U.S. officials.
