George T. Panichas of Lincoln, an international investment broker, former state representative from Pawtucket and decorated Air Force veteran of World War II, died on Feb. 25 at the age of 87. A couple of hundred people filled the Assumption of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church for Panichas' funeral service, which was followed by his burial with military honors in the Swan Point Cemetery in Providence.
