The Eleftheria Post 6633 Veterans Association and the faculty and students of the Odyssey Charter School in Wilmington, Del. will be the Grand Marshals at the Greek Independence Day Parade in Philadelphia. According to President George Horiates, the proposal made by the board of directors of the Federation of Hellenic American Societies of Philadelphia and Greater Delaware Valley was enthusiastically approved at a public meeting at the St. George Cathedral in Philadelphia on Sat. Feb. 20, 2010.
