The National Issues Committee of the Federation of Hellenic Societies of Greater NY held a public lecture on Tues. Jan. 26, 2010 at the Stathakion Center in Astoria, NY regarding the Greek Government's plans of granting Greek citizenship to illegal immigrants living in Greece. Veteran journalist Aikaterini Livani was the guest lecturer, and Dr. Haralambos Vasiliades served as the moderator. A Q & A session followed at the end of the lecture.
