The former girlfriend of White House Budget Director Peter Orszag has given birth to his third child, the New York Post reported Wednesday. Claire Milonas, the daughter of New York-based Greek shipping magnate Spiros Milonas, gave birth to a girl, named Tatiana Zoe, on Nov. 17 -- six weeks before Orszag announced his engagement to ABC News reporter Bianna Golodryga.
