The Ronald McDonald House Greek Division held its annual Christmas party on Monday, Dec. 7, 2009. This year, the event was moved to another location, inside the historic Bohemian National Hall, located on the same block as the Ronald McDonald House on New York's upper East Side, in order to protect the children staying RMH from possible exposure to the H1N1 influenza virus. During her address, Greek Division Chairperson Niki Sideris spoke about the enthusiasm and inner fire needed to form the philanthropic institution that has undertaken to host cancer stricken children from Greece and Cyprus in New York while they undergo treatment.
