The historic church of St. Barbara in lower Manhattan celebrated its feast day on December 3-4, 2009. His Eminence Archbishop Demetrios of America was on hand for the Great Vespers, while newly appointed Chancellor Bishop Andonios of Phasiane celebrated the liturgy on Friday, Dec. 4, 2009.
