The Limiras Association of Epidavros held a tribute to the 100-year anniversary of the birth of Greek poet Yiannis Ritsos, at the Stathakion Center in Astoria, NY on Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009. Queens College Professor of Sociology and poet Nikos Alexiou was the event's keynote speaker.
