Greece, Troika Say Progress Made, Cuts Remain Secret

ATHENS – Greek finance officials and envoys from international lenders who met to discuss plans for another $17.9 billion in spending cuts as part of more austerity measures said they made progress on what programs would be affected, but won’t reveal them yet.
