President Obama’s job approval ratings in the latest Gallup Poll provide mixed results in terms of his reelection bid. On the one hand, his approval rating in this, the 14th quarter of his presidency, has gone up three straight quarters. On the other hand, it stands at 46.8 percent, which means that on average, more than half the country does not
