Greece: 4 arrested, 165 kg of cocaine seized

THESSALONIKI, Greece (AP) — Police in northern Greece have seized 165 kilograms (365 pounds) of cocaine believed to have been shipped from South America and arrested four trafficking suspects from Spain, Portugal and Bulgaria.

Athinagoras Pazarlis, police crime squad chief in Greece's second largest city, Thessaloniki, says the suspects were arrested Wednesday.

Two Bulgarian men, ages 40 and 58, were arrested at a highway toll station near the city after police searched their car and found 36 kilograms (80 pounds) of cocaine in the trunk.
