Elections at Salt Lake City Church

SALT LAKE CITY, UT – The outcome of the elections held at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox parish in Salt Lake City was considered a victory of the parishioners against the wishes and attempts of Metropolitan Isaiah of Denver to split the community into two separate parishes, as TNH had revealed. They were the first free elections of the last three years. 570 parishioners voted and 26 individuals were elected out of which 15 will be forming the new Parish Council.
