NEW YORK – The Cypriot Youth Committee of America does not forget. Not the pain of 1974 and not the continuing struggles of some Cypriots today. On February 25, the gathered in Astoria fellowship and philanthropy. CYCA, the youth arm of the Cyprus federation of America, raised more than $4000 at their “Sweethearts of the Cyprus Children's Fund” dinner and dance at the Pancyprian Sports Lounge. The funds will enable them to support 17 children in Cyprus for more than a year.
