NEW YORK – Everyone has heard of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, but a small group of exhibitors were filling wine aficionados glasses in Manhattan on Feb 25-26, in an effort to make sure they learn about varieties like Cyprus’ Xynisteri and Crete’s Dafni too.
